my aunt and uncle's family go to yosemite every year and as a happy coincidence, they happened to book a cabin the same week as us, just up the road from us. my aunt, elna, and my uncle, tom, have been making quilts together lately and as a wonderful surprise, made quilts for all of our children. as someone who has a great love for quilts and knows what kind of work goes into them, i really appreciate what beautiful quilts they are.
