on tuesday, audrey, joseph, ray, bruce, randy, and my cousin, samuel, all hiked half dome together and the rest of us stayed home with the kids. there is only one picture of randy, so you are going to get some of the other hikers and some scenery pictures.

i hiked half dome once. i was probably 10 or 11 years old. when we got onto the cables up top, a thunderstorm started and we all had to head down. i have never actually been to the top of half dome. but with signs like these, thunder and lighting, and water pouring over your feet on a granite clif, you turn around when you're told to.
