it happened while i was making zucchini bread, and madeleine was in the kitchen with me, helping. to keep her from walking all over the glass, i threw her in the highchair and gave her a spatula covered in batter.

she didn't seem to mind the distraction at all.
let's just say that the oven was thoroughly preheated by the time i got it cleaned up and finished with the zucchini bread.

Bummer. Come get one of my pans on Sunday. Quick thinking to throw Madeleine in the high chair.
it makes me so sad! if you need one before sunday you can use one of mine. i'd offer you one of mine to keep, but it has my name on it...looks like you'll have to etch a new one!
