not rhetorical. i want input.
I like 1. I feel like I should like 2 better, but I don't actually for some reason.
2 looks like spools, but i like 1.
I think I like 1 also. 2 does show the spool or bowtie effect better.
What if you did 1, but put the color (not your focus fabric) in the center instead of the white? Then the spools are the color,and your focus the background.
I like the first one- but your mom's idea is interesting...
